LOOKING TO DEVELOP YOUNG FAITH LEADERS IN THE WORKPLACE?
In today’s workplace, we know it’s a constant balancing act to keep your faith as an active and integral part of your career. Young adults often feel faith and career are separate identities or a marketplace career is less important than a vocational ministry career..”
Meanwhile experienced individuals in the marketplace want to step forward in faith and share their valuable insights and life experience with the next generation.
The Marketplace Mentoring Program brings these two groups together, enabling Men and women established in their careers to engage with young adults, showing them that their work is indeed their calling and of vital importance to the Kingdom.

ORGANIZATION LEADERS
The Momentum Marketplace Program is a 12-week, Biblically-based curriculum designed for real-world practical application. We built the program on career readiness skills along with the theological concept that God designed work for us and that we can have a true calling within the marketplace.

 YOUNG PROFESSIONALS
Mentees learn how to discern their calling as they stretch their understanding of stewardship within their career. Additionally, students gain a marketplace mentor from their organization who can impart their knowledge and skills in the workplace along with how to navigate the faith journey within their careers.

MARKETPLACE MENTORS
The curriculum is designed to use the mentors’ expertise in the marketplace and as a Biblical leader. Mentors will engage in short activities, group discussions, and be interviewed by students during the program.
